My name is Katerina and I am a 18-month-old husky lab mix that is now finally off the chain that held me all my life in a very poor rural trailer. I am 65 lb and my mom is the sweetest husky girl ever. I have her saying temperament and demeanor but I am shy because I'm not gotten out into the world until now. I was always at the end of the chain with very little food and water and never given to me consistently. My former owners were cited by the sheriff's department for neglect and improper housing for me and my sister and my mom. I'm so happy to be off that chain. I know my life will be forever changed because Critter Cavalry rescue and others came to see about us and make sure that we got out. I am calm demeanor but would love to have a fenced yard to play in freely and with no leashes attached or tie outs. People tell me I'm beautiful. I just want to be kind and loving and to be receiving that same kindness and love back from humans that own me. I am learning about a crate and doing pretty well along with doing good on a leash. I will be housebroken in no time and I can't wait to have people that tell me they love me and that they will always be there for me and life will be good finally. I am healthy and 65 lb and probably should be about 70 lb when I put on a few more needed carbs and muscle. I would love to be a hiking, walking or running partner. I AM GREAT W ITH CATS & DOGS. This is very important because a lot of dogs that are tied out all their life are fear aggressive with other animals. I am not. I love everyone. Someone please help me find a great family to love. Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com And tell them where you live when you ask for an adoption form.
PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive. Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
