Libby is a very sweet young affectionate and loving Tabby kitten found outside in the freezing rain by Popeye’s crying. A very nice man brought her to Peaceable Kingdom for shelter and to be cared for. Libby is now fully vetted and recovered from her horrific outside experience. This girl loves to be petted and held and purrs nonstop. Libby loves attention and affection. This sweet girl would love her very own person to shower her with love. Personality plus with just a tad of spunky best describes Libby. Can you open your heart and give this sweet kitten her forever home? Libby needs to be an only cat.

All kittens reside in foster homes and are not kept at the actual shelter. They have been spay/neutered, microchipped, wormed, FeLV tested, and have had at least their first distemper vaccine depending on age. The adopter is responsible for all remaining vaccines.
