Meet Rolex, a 7-year-old mixed-breed pup with a backstory that will bring a tear to your eye, and an unwavering spirit that will touch your heart.

Confiscated along with 12 other pups in an animal cruelty case in South Carolina, Rolex endured an unimaginable 693 days waiting for rescue. As soon as the courts allowed it, SNARR stepped in, giving this sweet boy the chance to start anew.

Despite everything he's been through, Rolex doesn't let his past hold him back. He is a sweet, friendly boy who adores everyone he meets and gets along famously with other dogs. He’s now made his way to New York and is now finally living in the comfort of a foster home, where he’s patiently waiting to find his forever home.

Given his unfortunate past life, Rolex would benefit from a forever family that will be patient with him and continue teaching him the basics, which he is eager to maste, as he learns to become the beloved family member he's always been meant to be.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
