Meet Rolex, a 7-year-old mixed-breed pup with a heart of gold and a story that will melt yours. Confiscated along with 12 other pups in a cruelty case in South Carolina, Rolex endured an unimaginable 693 days waiting for rescue. As soon as the courts allowed it, SNARR stepped in, giving this sweet boy the chance to start anew. Despite everything he's been through, Rolex adores everyone he meets and gets along famously with other dogs. He’s now made his way to New York, where he’s eagerly searching for his forever home. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
