Meet Chili Pepper: The Bouncing Bundle of Joy!

Don't let his age fool you-Chili Pepper is a 9-year-old chihuahua mix with the spirit of a puppy and a heart full of mischief! This little guy is a daily source of laughter, prancing through life with a bounce that would put a pogo stick to shame. His playful energy is infectious, and he's always ready to bow down and invite you to join in the fun!

Chili Pepper is a social butterfly, making friends wherever he goes, both with humans and fellow furry companions. Strangers are met with a wagging tail and an excited wiggle, well and some barking. When he isn't running around, he will cuddle on the couch. He sleeps in his kennel or in the living room. If you try to pick him up, get ready for a little wiggle worm trying to escape to his next adventure.

His favorite game? It's a classic: "Hard to Get! Chili Pepper thinks he's quite the comedian, always keeping you on your toes and making you smile with his antics. He's kennel trained and potty trained to outside, also the potty pad, so he's the perfect mix of fun and convenience.

Whether he's prancing down the sidewalk or playing with friends, Chili Pepper is a happy little guy who brings joy to everyone he meets. Get ready to laugh, play, and enjoy the delightful company of this spirited little pepper!

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
