Duke is an 8-month-old hound mix. He is approximately 38 pounds. Duke is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and play. His favorite game is fetching with a tennis ball. Duke has a very laidback demeanor. He gets along great with other dogs and absolutely adores the kids in his foster home. Duke is crate trained. He is doing good with going potty outside as long as you follow his schedule. Duke also enjoys going on walks. He would make a great addition to any home. If you would like to meet this dog please call Teri at 630-897-7454. The adoption fee is $225.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees are $225 for dogs over 6 months and $250 for dogs 6 months and younger. This fee includes spay/neuter, rabies shot if dog is over 4 months old, parvo/distemper shots up to the time of adoption, fecal check, microchip, and all dogs are heartworm negative.

Rover Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue group located 40 miles west of Chicago in Aurora, IL. The dogs/puppies in our organization have been rescued from high-kill animal shelters located in Illinois and Indiana.
