Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet my Foster Autumn Available for Adoption. 😊
Hi! I’m AUTUMN! I was pawing thru my texts and emails and wanted to message you that I am ready to join your family just in time for the Holidays! Let’s Celebrate! As my foster mom tells me EVERY day, I am the most adorable (for real, just look at my face) mini poodle. I am 7 months old, 7 lbs. and so ready for my forever home ❤️.
With such a hectic time of year, I forgot to mention my other great news! I was born with both hind legs with awful luxating patella. It was like my knees were on the back of my legs, I was so crouched down, I walked like a duck and my tail touching the ground. I was down about it because I did not look like a ‘typical’ dog around town. I was so blessed my rescue took me to meet the most amazing ortho Vet in the world. Dr. Scot H in Lake Geneva took me in and surgically fixed my legs!! Angels on earth do exist! I am 4 weeks into my rehab and my legs are getting stronger and straighter every day. My prognosis is great. I should be able to live a long and healthy dog life. Woo Hoo! I just need my new family to stand by my side and allow me to finish my rehab. All they need to do is rally behind me and watch me thrive!
I am a puppy, so working on my basic training. I am pretty good with ‘come’ and ‘wait/stay’. I am consistent on pee pads and openly go outside to do my potty when taken. I am very friendly, love to play with dogs and toys, enjoy the zoomies with my new legs, and enjoy cuddle time. I am good with my crate but love sleeping in a human bed if allowed. My #1 item on my bucket list is to find my forever family.
An adoption fee of $650 is required.
I am currently hanging out by the lake in Lindenhurst IL. Feel free to contact Jill Clark on FB, or jilljclark20@gmail.com, or 847-772-2098.
Also feel free to submit an application for me to:

More about this rescue
Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue was born out of my love for small dogs and desire to help those in need, and in memory of the loss of a dear family member. Dealing frequently with small breed puppies and retired breeder moms, we strive to find homes that are aware of the commitment to raising a small breed dog and to the patience needed in socializing and housebreaking a retired breeder mom who has no idea what life in a home is all about. We are foster home based and are always looking for new foster homes to help us continue our love of rescuing dogs in need. We are happy to assist in owner surrender placements, especially those in need of surrendering their small dogs due to financial hardships, loss of a loved one, or dog owner entering assisted living facilities or nursing homes. We pride ourselves with a thorough search for that perfect home for a dog in need and follow up with phone calls to ensure things are going well. Tiny Paws will take back an adopted dog should the need arise within a reasonable notice and an available foster home has an open spot. Our goal is to someday own a building to house even more canine companions in need. We look forward to helping you find your family pet.
