My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Popper is one of a large group of rabbits that came to Marin Humane after being abandoned outside. To get to know her better we sent her to a foster home. And here's what her "foster mom" discovered about Popper: On the first day I let her get settled and used to her new surroundings. On the second day she really perked up and showed me her sweet side. When I offer toys to her she chews/nibbles at them for a bit and then tosses them to the side. In time she might enjoy them more. She likes to move her food bowl so a nice heavy crock bowl would be best. She hangs out with me for petting. I have been brushing her for short periods of time. She doesn't seem to like it so I think that is new for her. Overall it's been so nice having her. She'll need a quiet type of home and a very patient family. But after being dumped outside, she deserves only the best!

It was clear that Popper and her cohorts were previously housed in unsanitary conditions, leaving their fur matted and dirty. Thankfully fur regrows, and now that she is receiving proper care and grooming her gorgeous cream-colored coat is starting to replace the old yellow stained fur. Despite what she has been through, Popper maintains a cheerful attitude and is truly enjoying a pampered life. ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED***
