My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Cedar is a 4-5 years old, 70- pound bundle of love with a playful and affectionate personality. This sweet boy is house-trained, learning basic commands like a pro (he already knows "sit" and "shake" and does the cutest prayer hands!), and gets along well with other dogs.

Cedar’s adventurous side shines when he’s out and about. He’s strong on the leash and loves trips to the pet store, where pulling the cart feels like his personal theme park ride. But this lovable pup is equally happy soaking up affection and being your loyal companion.

In July 2023, Cedar faced a tough time with an infection in his front paw that left him in pain. Despite a fever and discomfort, this resilient boy has shown his survivor spirit. He’s been recovering under care and is ready to bring his joy and big heart into a forever home.

Cedar is a Riverside death row survivor, rescued back in September 2022. He’s been waiting patiently for someone to give him a chance; currently being fostered in Beaverton, Oregon. Cedar is available for adoption, foster-to-adopt.

If you’re ready to welcome a sweet, strong, and affectionate pup into your life, Cedar is waiting to meet you!
