My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MACARIO is currently being fostered in TEXAS.
Macario’s paperwork says he is 4 but I would say closer to 2.
He still has so much puppy in him, a little energizer bunny and Macario loves toys. He plays so much and really enjoys his fur friends. He likes walks and meeting new people. He does not know a stranger. Macario is a social butterfly.
He is great with cats, kids, dogs, goats, pet rocks, crazy toddlers, he is ready for it all, ready for the world, full of wonder, love and a zest for life.
Although he has a lot of energy he is a TOTAL baby boy and LOVES to be held, carried, cuddled and coddled.
You do have to watch the doors and gates because he is a ninja and always slips out wanting to go with you.
Macario will make you smile every day. He is constant sunshine with a dash of mischief 🙂

Submit Application

Please go to our webpage www.texaschihuahuarescuecanada.org and submit an online application.

2.
Approve Application

We will approve your application by calling your vet and your personal reference. Once you have been approved, it's time choose your pet!

3.
Pay Fee

Payment can be done by e-transfer to txcrcanada@gmail.com

4.
Take the Pet Home

Once your payment is confirmed, we will confirm your Transport Date with you, the day your new family member will arrive in Canada.

Additional adoption info

All existing pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. Please complete an application at www.texaschihuahuarecuecanada.com Vet check, personal reference and home visit required.
