What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This is Sugars, 3 y/o, 55 lb, super sweet! Currently living in a foster home until her heartworm treatment, rehabilitation and surgical spay are finished. She is very loved and will be greatly missed, but the senior dogs in home cannot co-exist with her energy level and puppy-like manners. In one month, she will be ready to find her forever home to soak up all the love and attention she can get. Strengths: house broken, crate trained, highly treat-motivated, learns new commands/manners, pleasing attitude, affectionate toward women. Enjoyments: snuggle sessions on the couch, belly-buffs, playtime with Kong toy/stuffed animals, neighborhood walks, car rides. Still working on socializing, kiss-nips when overly-excited. Her ideal environment should be a home with no other animals or small children, fenced yard to run, patient adoptee to help socialize and reinforce newly learned manners. Please help us find her next, best life.
