We purchased Bandit from a Bernadoodle breeder with an excellent reputation in our local area when he was 8 weeks old. He was easily house and crate trained in the last 6 months, and he is very smart. He is approximately 8 months old. He has occasional problems with chewing like any puppy does, but he does well when given a large bone to satisfy his chewing. He knows all the basic commands (sit, come, crate, lay down, off) and he is very affectionate. He was socialized early with other dogs and children, and he has never been aggressive or bitten anyone or another dog. We would describe him as loving, energetic, playful, and a cuddle bug. The reason we need to re-home him is because he deserves a family who has more time to love on him and get him more exercise. I am a nurse who works 12 shifts, my wife is a professor, and we have 2 children under 5 who have their own activities. We love Bandit, but he just deserves to spend more time with his humans than we can give him.
