Meet Reggie!
This adorable guy is about 2 years old and weighs about 7 pounds. He loves to cuddle and is a total sweetheart.
In addition to being an adorable snuggle bug, Reggie is also a happy & fun boy. He spins in circles when he’s excited and he has the cutest prance. He’s very smart too – he learned to sit in just a couple days. Learning and practicing new tricks will be a great way to bond with his new family.
Reggie is house-trained and does well in his crate. He currently lives with three other dogs who are all larger than him and fits right in. He hasn’t engaged in play with them yet. But he has become buddies with one of them and they even cuddle together.
He’s a great co-worker and spends the day relaxing near me. He likes to chase after bunnies and squirrels, so will need to be kept on a leash or in a fenced area when outdoors. Since he is so small, he can easily fit through even small openings in fencing, so he shouldn’t be left alone.
Reggie is a little timid – I believe because of his size. But he just loves being with me, getting petted and cuddling. He is becoming more confident every day and showing more of his cute personality.
Reggie would do best in a home without children because of extra considerations that go along with a pup of his size. He would do well as an only dog or with another mellow small dog.
The little guy is not a fan of the cold so get excited to buy stylish sweaters for this handsome peanut!
It may take Reggie a little bit to become comfortable in his new home, but his love and trust is completely worth the wait. Submit an application at spotslaststop.org if you’d like to meet this if you’d like to meet this sweet little guy!
