My name is Emmie Lou (AL)!

Emmie Lou (AL) is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix estimated to be 3 weeks old at the time of intake in November 2024. Emmie Lou is up to date on core vaccines (age-appropriate) and is microchipped. She will be spayed prior to joining her forever family unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Emmie Lou is good with people of all ages and other dogs. This sweet little pup's life has not started out very well. She is already homeless and suffering from a painful eye condition which can't even be repaired until she is a bit older. But she's with our rescue now and our veterinary partner will temporarily relieve her eye condition until it can be permanently corrected. We are currently evaluating the extent of Emmie Lou's vision as it may be impaired. Emmie Lou is super-cute and her puppy antics will have you falling over with laughter.
