My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I am Sam! I am a very loving 7 month old labrador mix. I am so loving that I hate to be alone. I listen very well and know all my basic commands. I am very well behaved most of the time. I sleep well in a crate at night. When I have to go potty I scratch at the door to tell you I need out. I really need a doggy friend and a good owner who will lead me in the right ways. I do need some training as I am still young, but i walk well on a leash. I do well with children, but love to chase cats. I was being trained as a service dog but sadly the owner who was waiting for me passed away. My trainer loves me but can not keep me at this time. Please consider me for your home. I really am a good boy.

If we find a good match for you, you can pay the adoption fee, sign the contract, and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

Adopters fill out a no-obligation contract. If approved, they will fill out a contract for the animal. Adoption fees are $200 per dog ($250 for puppies 6 months and younger) and $60 for cats ($100 for kittens), which includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, deworming medications, heartworm and flea preventative.

This is a small, foster based rescue run by volunteers. Please be patient as it may take a few days to approve your application.
