Gets Along With:  Other dogs! Akira has lived around cats but has never interacted with them. Akira has meet teenage children and has done well with them.

Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Akira is Looking For:  Her very own humans! This pretty girl is not long out of puppyhood and has all that awesome young-dog energy for all the adventures her humans can dream up. She's also eager to go to obedience school to show how super smart she is - and she's definitely up for mental enrichment activities as well! But what she wants most of all is to know she's safe and loved for all her days. In exchange, she promises loyal companionship and adoring gazes.
