Hi, my name is Benji and I'm a party animal! I love to be on the go and would make a great running, jogging or hiking buddy. I would also thrive in an environment where I am put to work: think agility classes, scent work etc. I adore other dogs and would love nothing more than going home with large, active and tolerant dog who will play with me to keep me busy. I have lived with older kids and I befriend everyone I come in contact with. I'm food and toy motivated and I learn fast! If you are looking for an energizer bunny...you found me!

Established in 1929, Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) offers quality adoptions, affordable spaying/neutering, vaccinations and microchipping services, pet care services and education programs to enhance the human-animal bond. HSSV operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are the first organization in the country to meet the guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians for standards of care for shelter animals: We are the first model shelter.

We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
