Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Ebony! Ebony is about 9 years old, 3 lbs, and she likely has some Chihuahua in her mix! In her foster home, she is working hard on her house-training, crate training and does well on leash. She could go to a home with submissive dogs and older children. No cats please! She ideally needs someone who is home most of the day. She is very barky and scared of men so no apartments please.
Her foster says, `Ebony is a tiny, adorable dog. She may act a bit aggressive to new people, but she means no harm. She is just not sure if she is safe, and trying to protect herself. Given her size, who can blame her! Once she knows she can trust you, it is a breeze - she will let you cut nails, brush teeth, give a bath - and of course cuddles all day long if you let her. She does not require a lot of activities, rather enjoys a quiet house with her favorite people. She is small enough to put in your pocketbook and carry with you everywhere - and she would love that. She can be your only or live with dog siblings.`
She is available for adoption in Hopkinton by appointment. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
