My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alex is very comfortable with other dogs, but terrified by humans. As you can see from the photos, this little boy was completely covered in thick huge mats. We spent hours cutting out the mats before taking him to our groomer. It is obvious that he has never been touched. There were 60 dogs in this backyard breeders home but all were confiscated by our county animal services facility. We pulled Alex and 2 other females-Sophie & Tessa who are also available for adoption. Alex is becoming a bit more at ease, but still very untrusting and shy. He feels much more comfortable in the company of dogs. Alex has had a full dental, and he's been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and given flea, tick, and heartworm prevention as well as recent grooming. This 4 year old, 14 pound Poodle mix has an adoption fee of $225. Applications to adopt are at kathisk9s.org Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicants
