Meet Leilani, a lovebug with big floppy ears, a stunning tri-colored coat, and an endless supply of affection. She’ll smother you with hugs, kisses, and her sweet, infectious smile. Personal space? Not in Leilani’s world! This low-energy, submissive girl loves to relax, snuggle, and always be close to her favorite people, her little tail wagging non-stop with gratitude. Leilani’s love knows no bounds, and she’ll show her appreciation every single day to the lucky person who welcomes her into their home. She enjoys quiet adventures, loads up nicely in the car, and gets along well with cats and dogs, making her the perfect addition to a multi-pet household. While she can be vocal when she wants attention, it’s just her way of saying, “I love you!”

Animal Rescue Rhode Island is open to adopters! Walk-ins are welcome; however, we suggest scheduling an appointment to see our pets, so we'll have a staff member ready to assist you and to ensure the pet you want to meet is available.

If you're interested in adopting one of our pets, please visit our website and complete an adoption application. A staff member will then contact you to schedule a time to meet the pet(s) that caught your eye.
