BIO: Hello, my name is Mowsy. I am a purr baby that loves to be scratched under my chin. I am very playful and love to play with string toys and fur balls that I can toss around. I have an ulcerated right eye, but it doesn't stop me from being "Purrfect. I tolerate being held but prefer to just play all day. I am a sweetheart and am waiting for you to take me to my furr-ever home!

RESCUE: I was born to a stray mom that was being cared for by a very kind lady. She reached out to ARC to get my mama fixed and get me into a foster home and ready for adoption.

Please complete an online application and email us. Adoptions are by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 5-6:30 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 1-4:30 pm.

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
