Shamokin is missing out on one of its star residents! Little Shady and his sister, Cookie, were discovered on a farm in the area, and they were quickly trapped by the York SPCA to be fixed. Originally, they were going to be returned to the outdoors, but they weren't quite old enough to survive on theirown. This led to one of our LCCR fosters to bring the pair into the rescue. And the rest is history!

Shady just wants a loving home and family to call his own. He's practically has his bags ready! He's a silly, fun-loving guy who can't get enough of his playtime! Just ask his sister! The two are constantly playing around and making life a little better one step at a time! Shady is an affectionate boy who loves to be held in your arms. You know he's on cloud nine when you hear his thunderous purring!

Shady's adoption donation is $135 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
