Hi! My name is Casserole but you can call me Cass for short. I am a 7 week old male Alaskan Malamute/Husky mix that currently weighs just under 8 Lbs. I was recently surrendered to the shelter due to my owner being unable to keep me. So now I am available for adoption and hope to find my furever family soon. I am a puppy so I will need a family that has plenty of time, patience and love to give me while I am learning my way around this great big world. Puppy's need plenty of socialization and training so they can grow up to be the best family companion they can be. My adoption fee is $125 which includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, 1st set of puppy boosters, and 1st dewormer. I am required by law and contract to return to the shelter for my neuter and rabies vaccination on Wednesday January 8th, 2025. This date in non negotiable so please plan accordingly if you are interested in adopting me. Since I am still a baby and am not old enough to have had all 3 of my puppy boosters yet, I also require an approved online adoption application to be met with as well as to be adopted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
