Urgently looking to rehome my 10 yr. old cat Scooby. Had a death in family and need to go out of town for 4-6 months to pack up and sell house. Need to leave by the 7th of Dec. Had someone to take him but they backed out at last minute due to other commitments.
Scooby has been neutered, and litterbox trained. He gets along with other cats. Trained not to get on counters, and not to get underfoot in kitchen. He's not a lap cat but does like to sleep in bed and be petted.
Scooby, a male tiger, is independent, loves to play with his laser light and string toy and is both an indoor/outdoor cat. Loves to lay on his window perch sunning himself.
I'd prefer not to let him go, and would like to readopt him when I return if possible. I'd prefer not to have to give him up to the Humane Society.
If you can help in any way contact me via this website.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
