Hello! My name is Buda, I am a 6 year old, neutered male, long-haired ragdoll. I was relinquished to MaxFund November 2024 by no fault of my own, and now I am looking for my fur-ever home!
I am super sweet & friendly, I love pets! I am also fluffy and very soft. When it is my turn to free-roam the room, if nobody is in there to pet me I will meow at the door for attention. I also just want to be let out of the room, I have ran out the door and escaped multiple times! I usually do not like being carried (I will squirm and kick) so putting me back in the room is a bit difficult. Staff decided to put a harness on me and walk me around the shelter and I loved it! However, I will go where I want to go and I will end up walking you! I also enjoy looking outside and being out on the catio. Maybe I was an outdoor cat in my past, I really want to go outside and be free! I am an independent spirit, until I want attention.
Though in my previous home I had some litter box issues, I have not had any while here at the shelter. I may have been stressed out in my last home, so it is recommended that I be in a calm home with no stress, no other animals, and no young kids. Also, an extra litterbox for me would be great!

Senior cats eight years and older are $50

All animals come spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations including rabies, and have been micro-chipped prior to adoption. The application process can take several days, depending on how long it takes us to get in contact with your references, your landlord, and your veterinarian. Once your application has been approved we will call you and let you know, and set up an approximate pick up time and date. This can take several days, so please be patient. If your application is denied, you will not receive a call.
