My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous donor!

Asanaga come's with a 3 week trial adoption!

Asanga is an incredibly sweet and affectionate kitty. She stayed in her carrier the first day that she was with me, but even then she was open to letting me pet her all over. In fact, she even rolled over on her back in the carrier so I could give her a tummy rub. Now she comes straight to me, lies down beside my leg, and enjoys being petted from head to tail, purring contentedly the whole time. She still loves her belly rubs and will often roll over to make sure I don't miss a spot. I can easily scoop her up, and she's perfectly content to settle into my arms, often resting her head on my arm and purring happily.

After just a week, she gained the confidence to start exploring the bedroom whenever I let her. These days, she eagerly greets me at the door and can often be found lounging in the sunshine, soaking up the warmth. Her previous foster parent said that Asanga also enjoyed the company of other kitties.

When it comes to food, Asanga is not picky. She does like to have company in the room when she gets her scoop of canned food in the morning and evening. She's especially fond of Churu treats, as well as Friskies and freeze-dried chicken treats. If I shake the treat can, she'll come running from wherever she is, ready for a snack.

Asanga would thrive best in a peaceful home. Asanga shows her affection by lying down next to you to ask for pets, letting you know just how much she loves being close to you. Asanga can be quite the conversationalist, responding to your calls with adorable chirps and meows. This smart girl knows exactly what she wants-a quiet, safe place to lay her head. While Asanga may need slow introductions to new things, her sweet and loving nature makes every moment spent with her totally worth it!
