Cheerio! My name is Kipper, and I'm a 10 week old brown tabby boy with a white bib and white feet. My most favorite thing to do is run around and PLAY! I love to climb and use a scratching post, so I hope my furever home will have one of those, or maybe even one of those awesome cat trees or cat condos I've heard about! I'm a sweet guy who hopes you come see me soon!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
