I moved up here recently and where I live there's always dogs running around but I found it odd that a German shepherd dog would be running around no owner coming running after him nothing I contacted shelters if there was anyone who reported him missing and not coming out of no one's apartments he was skinny when I first found him it's been about three months no one came for him no one came up that he was their dog I would love to try to get him back out of shelter if he is not adopted by then he is a really good dog I am a college student and I can't give him all the needs that he needs at his age he's still a puppy not sure how old he is please give him a loving home he needs to be trained more he can sit and give me his paw I'm guessing someone moved out and left him here at the apartments I live in I cannot afford to be evicted there is a $300 pet fee and me and my sister already pay $2000 for rent. he loves to cuddle and gives lots of love
