My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She was found and rescued as a puppy from the side of a road in North Carolina during June of 2020, and was estimated to be approximately 8 weeks old at that time.
She has lived with her current owners ever since.
Recce has thrived in a full loving home of two adults and three kids as a family dog. She has always been great with the children and displayed maternal care when presented with new puppy siblings as a young adult.
Since a puppy, she has grown up with a male English Lab of similar age. Her Lab counterpart seemed to compliment her well and was her first k9 socialization. At around 2 years of age she gained the aformentioned siblings, a puppy male German shepard and shortly later a puppy female Husky mix. Recce was observed displaying maternal behavior and care for each puppy during the early stages of their growth. All this time, Recce has seemingly maintained her position as the alpha of the group.
