Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kaleb is a surrender through no fault of his own. His adopter was just working too many hours and she felt he wasn't getting the proper attention and care he so deserved and we are so happy this wonderful boy is now in our care..
Kaleb is a beautiful boy and was found in a high kill shelter with his front paw broken for over four months. We can't imagine this poor doggy living with that pain for so long. Because it was such an old injury our sister rescue, SOS el Arca Animal Rescue in Mexico, brought him into their care but it was such an old injury there was nothing to do but amputate his front leg. THIS DOES NOT HINDER HIM AT ALL!
He was brought here and adopted over 2 years ago and settled beautifully into his adopter’s, and now his foster's home. He currently is living with a 5lb female dog and is happy.
His ideal home would be one with a fully fenced back yard with room to run and play. Apartments or condos are fine, (he lived in one for years) but we would love the open space for him. He did hike, camp .. all things other dogs can do and he loves adventures. He's great with female dogs (males are iffy) no cats and children 5+.
He is a bit of a couch potato and is chill in the house but loves his walks. He is just the best boy through and through. We love him and he deserves the best life ever.
If you feel you would be the right fit for Kaleb, please fill out an adoption application at https://www.allpawsmatter.ca/apply-to-adopt/
All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety.
NOTE: The above description is relevant to this dog in its current and previous setting. Home changes and adopter personalities can bring out different behaviours not previously seen. We also do not claim or suggest that our dogs are hypo-allergenic or that they shed/do not shed.
BREED DISCLAIMER: We are never sure of the breed of our dogs since they arrive off the streets or shelters. It is a guess only!
