My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sam is an adorable male Tuxedo who is estimated to be around 3 years old. He's a very sweet and gentle kitty who loves attention, especially ear and belly rubs! Sam happily stretches out next to his foster mom while watching TV and snuggles with her in bed at night. Sam is currently in a multi-cat home and gets along fine with his feline foster siblings.

Sam has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, has been neutered and is up-to-date on all vaccines as well as preventative treatments. Sam has also been microchipped.

If you are interested in adopting Sam, please contact Heather at catmanager@ahomeoftheirownrescue.org.
Or apply at www.ahomeoftheirownrescue.org/cats.  Sam's adoption fee is $175.

Additional adoption info

The process to adopt/foster dogs and cats is different. Please speak to the volunteer assisting you in the adoption process to confirm details about the process.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events every weekend in the DC/Baltimore Metro Area and also schedule private meet and greets once a potential adopter/foster has applied for a specific dog or cat.
