My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mondo has lived the last 5 years with two other dogs and really enjoys companionship . Unfortunately, owner surrendered her due to having to move and a financial situation. Mondo’s foster thought about foster failing, but with careful consideration, foster feels she is not happy without the companionship of people, children, or dogs. Since foster works full-time, foster feels Mondo would be happier in a home with either children, other pets, or an individual that can work from home.

Loves:walks, people and other dogs of all sizes, snuggles, sleeps thru the night on her bed, gentle accepting treats. Everyone stops and admires her! She also plays like a goofy puppy. 🥰

Mondo is fond of everyone, kids, cats, dogs. She's fluffy and beautiful and has all the characteristics of the breed, calm, loyal, intelligent, patient. She's the whole package. Don't delay in apply for this girl!

TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
