My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Holstein! If you're looking for a sweet boy with boundless energy and a heart of gold, Holstein is your guy! This playful boy has a zest for life and a love for all things toy—whether it's fetch, tug-of-war, or just rolling around with his favorite squeaky, he's always ready to play.

Not only is he a toy enthusiast, but Holstein is also a fast learner! He knows “sit,” “shake” (with both paws!), and how to drop his toys when it's time for a new game. His love for treats and bones makes training a fun and rewarding experience for both of you.

Holstein has typical pittie energy and is always ready for action, so he would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. While he’s still working on his leash manners, he’s quick to pick up on new things, especially when there’s a tasty reward involved!

Though he adores people and has a playful spirit, Holstein would probably be happiest as the only pet in the household. He wants all the love and attention to himself—and who can blame him? If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion who’s ready to play and snuggle, Holstein could be the perfect match for you!

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

Additional adoption info

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family.
