Chips is the kind of cat who brings joy wherever she goes! This sweet and playful girl loves to spend her days exploring, pouncing, and playing with her feline friends. She’s a social butterfly in the cat world, always up for some fun with other cats—whether it’s a friendly game of chase or just hanging out together.

When it’s time to wind down, Chips is ready to indulge in some of her favorite treats—especially if they’re wet food! Her love for mealtime makes her an easy companion to keep happy, and she’ll happily show her appreciation with a little purr or a gentle nudge for more.

Chips is the perfect mix of playful energy and affectionate sweetness. If you're looking for a fun, loving cat who gets along great with other kitties and loves to be spoiled with tasty treats, Chips is ready to be your new best friend!

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.

The Greater Hillsdale Humane Society is a nonprofit, privately funded organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of companion animals in Hillsdale County, Michigan. This is accomplished through education, quality and compassionate care of the animals received at the shelter, and community outreach. GHHS obtains funding through donations, fees for services, and fundraisers.
