My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Tabitha she is so beautiful and very sweet. In fact, in her foster home she gives kisses to say hello. Tabitha is in a foster home because she was abandoned as a pregnant cat. Her kittens were found only days old and were brought into TCRAS. Kittens that young need their mom so a trapped was set to find their mom and thankfully Tabitha went into the trap. She was so happy to see her kittens were safe and warm. She has been a wonderful mom, but now it is time for her to have a new, loving beginning. Please call 719-686-7707 to set up a time to meet her.

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).
