Ricky Bobby is ready to shake and bake with his new family! After getting his get out of jail free card from a rural shelter this sweet loveable goofball has been learning all the things; he knows sit and lay down, is walking well on a leash, and is crate trained and potty trained. He is starting to work on place command and his jumping up is still a work in progress. He loves every person and every dog he meets, but he's basically a baby giraffe so small children are at risk of getting knocked down. He doesn't mean to come at you like a spider monkey, but sometimes he acts like he's all jacked up on Mountain Dew because he's only 10 months old and is completely unaware of his size. Ricky's foster parents did a DNA test just out of curiosity and this goober is 50% bloodhound, 25% lab and 25% mutt! He 100% wants to be around his people and he shows his love by leaning on you or laying on you - he thinks if you love someone that means they don't get personal space! If you want a dog that makes you laugh every day Ricky Bobby definitely fits the bill!
Apply to meet Ricky Bobby at Fursisters.org because if you ain't first, you're last!
Additional information:
We are not a shelter.
Local adopters only.
All our dogs are in private fosters.
We only set up meets with approved adopters.
If you want to meet our adoptable dogs, many pups will be at Brewhound for Fur Sisters Friday on the first Friday of every month from 6-8 pm.
Follow our socials to stay up to date on the latest events that our dogs will be attending.
Adopters are chosen based on the best fit for each dog, it is not first come, first served.
We do not 'hold' dogs.
Please note: we have many dogs who are not yet listed as available due to the availability of volunteer time to post or because they are puppies. If you are looking for a dog, we recommend filling out an application and indicating what you are looking for in a dog. Our volunteers work hard to match approved applicants with the best dogs for their lifestyle.
Thank you for your interest in adopting with us.
