Slim Pickins is a young (est 1 year old) energetic, long-legged, little dog mix of some cute kind. We call hlim a Chihuhua mix, but he could be a Rat Terrier mix or even a MinPin mix. Truth is, we dob't know. He barely weighs 10 lbs. His is currently in a foster home with many other dogs, both VERY large & even smaller than him. He seems to get along well with all of them. He is naturally a little nervous, of course (have you met a tiny, skinny, long-legged dog that isn't?) He is absolutely a snuggle bunny & the perfect lap dog. His foster thinks very young children may be overwhelming for him. He would probably do well with another frindly, small dog but would probably be fine as an only dog. Slim cannot be transported and must be picked up in person in Crossville, TN - FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, )Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org. Slim Pickens' adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $275. If transport is needed, his adoption fee is $575 (out of state, East Coast, Great Lakes or New England regions) Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org!
