Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our goofy guy named Sur! Sur is about 1.5 years old and he is a very sweet and silly boy! We don't know a lot about Sur's history before coming to our shelter, but we know he was passed around to a few different homes and he wasn't treated very nicely in some of them. We believe he is an Olde English Bulldogge mix. Sur has been nothing but outgoing and friendly with all of our staff since he came in to our care. He absolutely loves getting attention and butt scratches! Sur is a happy guy who already knows how to sit and lay down. He likes to lope after tennis balls in our backyard and bring them back to play. He can be a little jumpy at first, but he is not a super high energy boy. Sur would love to find a forever family who can show him what it's like to be in a real loving home!
Sur can get a bit overstimulated by other dogs at times, especially while on leash. He has been tested with one of our more passive dogs and he did react positively during this interaction. We think we some training and slow socialization, he can interact with other dogs well. For now, we would like a home where Sur can be the only dog until he has received this training. Sur can go to a home with children 12 years old and older.
If you are interested in adopting Sur, Please Email us at Adopt@savingpawsct.org for an application! His adoption fee is $75.00.
