Meet Marlee! This nearly 2-year-old Shepherd-Aussie mix is a lovable bundle of energy with a striking black, tan, and white coat. Marlee is spayed, current on her vaccines, and loves being around people—especially active kids aged 5 and up who can keep up with her playful spirit!

Marlee would thrive in a family who can help her work on her manners, as she’s still learning not to jump up in excitement. Due to her size and energy, she can be a bit much around babies or toddlers, but with the right guidance, she’ll make a wonderful companion. Marlee is looking for a home that has the time to invest in her training and can provide the attention she loves. If you’re ready for an affectionate, spirited dog who just needs a little guidance, Marlee could be the perfect match!

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).
