Meet Oreo! This charming 2-year-old male Terrier mix with a unique black, white, and tan coat is looking for a new loving home due to housing issues. Oreo is neutered, fully potty-trained, and has a quirky personality that will brighten any day. Although he can be a bit shy at first, once he warms up, he’ll be your loyal and joyful companion. Oreo’s not too fond of kids, so he’d do best in an adult-only home where he can relax and feel at ease.

One of Oreo’s adorable tricks is his little 'dance' – he loves standing on two feet when he's excited! He's also quite the treat connoisseur, preferring meaty or chewy snacks over biscuits or crackers. If you’re looking for a fun, food-loving friend who can bring joy and companionship into your life, Oreo might be the perfect match.

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).
