Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buzzards Bay, MA (a little over 1 hours South of Boston, MA) - Hi my name is Charlie. (Neutered/UTD/189 lbs./7 years old. VERY VERY HEALTHY (no issues esp. no hips issue, nor entropia etc. either).
Sadly, my mom had to sell our house and I really am not adjusting to apartment life. I’m a 7yr old neutered St Bernard weighing in around 189lbs. I love being around kids. I wouldn’t mind being around other dogs with proper introduction but would definitely prefer a home without cats.
My mom says I am very stubborn so I need a home with a fenced in yard that I can lounge in at my convenience. I will take walks but thats when I am most stubborn! I am up to date on all shots. I do struggle with ear infections that will need some care moving forward but other than that I’ m as healthy as a horse!
Sweet Charlie loved his old home of his entire life where he could go inside and outside as he wished with a fenced in yard and a loving stable home. Sadly mom had to sell her home and Charlie doesnt like the apartment and not able to stay ouside on the porch. Charlie was rehomed but was returned because the home didnt have a fenced in yard and was simple walked a few times a day. And, we approaching the new home, he would try to stay put.
Charlie loves the water/beach, car rides. He is super chill re: thunder/fireworks, vacuum, etc. Nothing really bothers him like that. He just wants a home like his last one, a stay at home parent/work from home/ fenced in yard where the family loves him and understands saint bernard and how much they love laying on the porch or deck. Charlie has never had an accident in the home. Never bit anyone. He is a gentleman that is mourning his old life of a fenced in yard and his humane there to give cuddles and kisses and baby talk.
Charlie would be great with an evenly yoked female dog. Lived with other dogs and is fine with them. And, good with grandchildren and the other children in the home. FREE TO A LOVING, EXPERIENCED QUALIFIED HOME. CALL US/TEXT US AT 610-787-2353 OR EMAIL US FOR AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.
