“Cuddles” could easily be 1-year-old Camille’s middle name. Still puppyish at a fit 50 pounds, the sweet former stray who’s thriving inside her foster home, loves nothing more than cuddling and snuggling with her foster mom and giving her paw to ask for even more love. Frisky and fun, she also loves playing with her similar-sized and smaller doggy foster friends while politely respecting the boundaries of the resident cats. Always adventurous and eager to be included in any and all new activities, Camille especially enjoys going for walks, walking wonderfully on leash, chewing bones, taking car rides and tossing around her tuffy toys. Motivated by food, toys and love, she’s working on “sit,” “stay” and “come,” is well mannered enough to be left uncrated when her foster mom’s out, and is almost fully house-trained. Now all cuddly Camille needs is a loving home to complete her training, including her commands, and ensure that she’s included in all of life’s great adventures.
Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes every pet should find a wonderful and caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask you fill out our adoption application so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application in the order submitted and will contact you within 48 hours (please check your spam folder for our emails).
If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.
The adoption fee for this pet is $425. Our adoption fee covers the following:
Spay/neuter
Microchip
DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Adopters shall be responsible for all vaccinations after adoption.

Our adoption process is:
1. Fill out our Adoption Application online. We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet.
2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting. Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
