Age: 1.5 years Weight: 34.2 kg / 75 lbs
A bit about Snoop: - Unknown history with kids; all interactions should be carefully supervised by an adult - Unknown history with cats, though known to bark at cats that pass by; introductions should be done slowly over a period of time and interactions monitored - Unknown history with other dogs; potential for select dog in home pending successful introduction
Snoop is a sweet, gentle Argentine Dogo who may initially be cautious around new people. While he’s a bit scared at first, with time and patience, he warms up and reveals his affectionate, loyal side. Snoop loves to cuddle, and has worked very hard to have the best manners whenever anyone comes to say hello. With a tail that wiggles to brighten anyone`s day and a face guaranteed to make you say `awww,` Snoop may be the perfect bud for you. What are you waiting for? This snuggle-buggle is here at the Calgary Humane Society expecting your visit.

From our earliest beginning, Calgary Humane Society was more than a shelter. As Calgary’s first-established animal welfare organization, connecting the lives of animals and people while providing essential animal services to the community remains our central priority.
Today, Calgary Humane Society (CHS) shelters almost 5,000 homeless animals each year. In 1922 we set out to help as many animals as we can and we will continue to do so by fostering the values of respect, compassion, commitment, teamwork, integrity and innovation.
Our mission is to help as many animals as we can.
Our vision is using innovative strategies to lead, inspire, and educate in the humane treatment of companion animals, fostering an enlightened community that consistently demonstrates respect and compassion for all animals.
Our dream is a community where animals are valued, humanely treated, and live enriched lives.
Calgary Humane Society is committed to creating a better tomorrow through education and collaboration.
