My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

https://foha.org/pet/tara2024/

Tara here—a big, beautiful girl with soulful eyes that could tell a story if only I could speak. I wish I could share what my previous life was like, but my friends at FOHA think it wasn’t the best. You see, I was used to make puppies and, when I was no longer needed, I was cast aside.

I’m a little slow to warm up to new people, but I’m starting to realize that everyone here at FOHA is kind and wants the best for me. Even so, being in the shelter can be scary, and what I really long for is a home of my own—a place where I’ll feel safe, loved, and wanted.

If you have a quiet space and a patient heart, I’d love the chance to meet you. Maybe you’ll be the one to give me the happy ending I deserve. 🐾
