Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Breed: German Shepherd
Age: 8
Adoption fee: $75.00 + $17.99 microchip registration fee
Sweet Tina came to Fuzzy Pawz Rescue when her elderly human fell and found herself in the hospital and realized she would no longer be able to take care of Tina. Despite them both being heartbroken Tina has adjusted well to her foster home.
Tina is a super smart and sweet girl who gets super excited when she sees her people. She can be a bit jumpy when excited and she likes to give kisses. Tina has been around kids and has done well with them, but she could accidentally hurt a little kid in her exuberance so kids over 7 please.
Tina is house trained, dog door trained, kennel trained, she knows some commands (come, sit, down, up, go to bed and shake). Tina has been known to bolt out the front door so she will need people who are aware of that. She is okay with most dogs but has been known to be snarky with some other female dogs. She is not good with cats and should not live with them.
This girl is playful and fun, she LOVES to play fetch, chew on toys (only toys), likes to ride in the car and go for walks. She is a medium energy level and will need daily exercise. Note that she will patrol the fence and bark at strangers and other animals.
Tina would be perfect for someone who wants an easy going dog who wants to be with you and go places with you.

More about this rescue
We are a group of animal lovers banded together to rescue unwanted dogs and cats that are in shelters and pounds located throughout Idaho. Our non-profit rescue places each animal into our foster home program while we search for forever homes for them. We supply all vet care, food, toys, bedding; really anything they need while in our care.
We focus on those animals that are considered “hard to adopt” for various reasons; like kennel stress, having a black coat, being over 8 years old, etc. Often a foster home rather than a shelter environment helps give many of these animals a second chance at the life they deserve!
We relay on community donations and individuals willing to be foster care givers in order to continue our work.
