My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bet is what we think to be a beagle/lab mix puppy with a name as clever as she is. According to the 3-year-old in her foster home, she answers to Scratch, and honestly, she's so agreeable she'll happily respond to both! With her sweet demeanor and playful energy, Bet is the kind of pup who will bring endless joy to your life.

This little charmer is food-motivated, which makes training a breeze, and she's incredibly people-oriented, always ready to be your loyal sidekick. Whether you're looking for a cuddle buddy, a playmate, or someone to make you laugh with her classic beagle head tilt, Bet is the total package.

She's great with kids, friendly with other dogs, and has even met a cat. Currently, she's making great strides with crate training and potty training, showing just how smart and eager to learn she is.

If you're ready for a pup who will agree with everything you say (and love you unconditionally), Bet (or Scratch) is your girl! Don't miss your chance to welcome this lovable sweetheart into your family.

Additional adoption info

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.

Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.

We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
