My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet FRANKLIN, an 18-month old male with a gentle personality. He is looking for his forever home. He has mild to moderate cerebellar hypoplasia, so his balance is affected.  His days are filled with playing with the simplest things, and burying himself under blankets. He also loves a good cuddle but prefers not to be held. He gets along well with cats and seems indifferent to most dogs. He needs a quiet home so we recommend a home with no small children.
