My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I’m Rose, born approximately 7/22/24, and I’m here to tell you my purr-fectly amazing story. I was rescued with my 4 siblings and our mom cat, who was a total feral rock star. She didn’t trust humans that much, but she was super attentive and made sure we ended up in the right home.

My sister Violet and I got to stay together in a foster home with a wonderful foster mom and her other foster kittens that were our age along with her resident cats and a small dog which we all got along nicely together. I was always causing all sorts of mischief. My foster mom said I’m like a flying squirrel because I love to jump from the cat tree onto her shoulder. When I’m not busy being adorable, I love to play with toys and Eat all the food.Yes, all of it. I’m a bit of a foodie, and I don’t discriminate between cat food, human food, or dog food. After a long day of eating and playing, I love to snuggle up for a good night’s sleep.

Oh, and I have a black nose, which is how you can tell me apart from my identical twin sister Violet. So, if you’re ready for a lifetime of laughter and adventure, adopt me and let’s get this purr-ty started!

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Additional adoption info

Please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.php

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
