Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Oh gosh golly, there is no better-behaved dog than Miss Molly. Molly is fully house trained and can tolerate being inside alone for long periods(though we are looking for a adopter to be home more frequently in her golden years). Molly is friendly towards other dogs and shows no signs of aggression, other than occasional barking when outside. Molly is respectful of cats and has lived inside with multiple cats, giving them their space. Molly is also toddler tested and was reported to thrive with the attention given by a three-year-old in a six week foster family test. Molly is a hundred pounds of love that is food and affection motivated. She does pull on a leash, but responds to verbal queues, and pulls less with a leash attached to a harness on her chest. Her current fosters would guess her age to be about six years old, with a mix of bloodhound and lab breeds. Molly is short-haired and has no undercoat. Her favorite past-time is having her soft, floppy ears rubbed and head patted. She is a very gentle giant. If you think she could be a good fit for your house, please apply. She can’t wait to meet you!

More about this rescue
Soul Dog is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization founded with the mission to spay/neuter and protect animals. We are currently a small group of committed volunteers making a difference in the life of one animal at a time. As an all volunteer administration, all donations made to Soul Dog go directly to improving the health of the pets that share our lives.
Soul Dog is proactive in animal welfare advancing the need for spaying and neutering our pets to reduce overpopulation. We travel to rural communities on Native American reservations, where spaying and neutering will only happen if it is nearly free or very convenient. Soul Dog works with volunteer veterinarians to provide the spaying and neutering service at no cost to the public. Donations are used to defray the costs associated with medications, supplies, and the operating cost for clinics.
