My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***BONDED WITH STUFFING***

Our Thanksgiving Feast kittens were found alone outside in Central Maine with no mother cat in sight. A good Samaritan brought them to HART where they’ve been living in a foster home ever since. Because they weren’t exposed to people for the first two months of their lives, they’re still getting used to human companionship. Due to this, we are requiring that they be adopted in pairs to quieter homes without young children or active dogs so that they each have the comfort of one of their siblings in their new home. Fun fact: each Thanksgiving Feast kitten is a polydactyl with extra toes on either their front two paws or on all four paws!

Pumpkin Pie is a gorgeous and very fluffy gray and white kitty with opposable thumbs on her front paws. She’s the shyest of her litter and still spends a lot of time hiding in the corner at her foster home. She has, however ,been gaining confidence every day! Pumpkin Pie is very interested in playing with toys and when the room is quiet, she will come out and sit nearby and show her foster family that she does enjoy being pet and she will purr to show her enjoyment. Pumpkin Pie will need to be adopted by patient people in a quiet home who will allow her the time and space she needs to blossom. Pumpkin Pie needs to be adopted with her brother Stuffing. They are both shy kitties that find comfort in each other's company.
